There was a classic sports trivia question: What are the only two days of the year without a professional sports game? The answer used to be the day before and the day after the MLB All-Star game. But in 2018, they added the Thursday after the game as another off day.

Of course, you could make an argument that there are more “pro” sports being played every day of the year now, or that the MLB home run derby also counts as a game.
