The penultimate figure on my 2023 Top 10 Action Figure list comes from NECA Toys. At #2, it’s the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon Ultimate April O’Neil!
This April O’Neil figure has a better-scaled (taller) body than NECA’s first version based on the 1987 TMNT animated series. It comes with improved head sculpts and paint deco. The original release has been further improved with a new head, as shown in this shot. This release also comes with a pile of new accessories.
