Also on this #SomethingElseSunday, my Top 10 Action Figure releases of 2025 and some more honorable mentions since I completely left out Hasbro on this year’s list…
Hasbro released some great figures this past year through their Haslab crowdfunding campaigns, but they just missed my top 10. The Star Wars Vintage Collection Mos Eisley Cantina Playset included Greedo, Nabrun Leids, the Tonnika Sisters (Brea and Senni), and Wuher. The playset is fantastic, and I plan to talk more about it next year for the 50th anniversary of Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope. Hasbro also delivered The Vintage Collection Bantha & Tusken Raider 2-Pack, and the Ghostbusters Plasma Series Ectomobile, which featured seven exclusive figures: the Library Ghost, Slimer, and Ghostbusters II versions of Egon Spengler, Louis Tully, Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz, and Winston Zeddemore.
Mattel didn’t make this year’s list, but with new Masters of the Universe products on the way for the upcoming film, I’m confident they’ll show up for 2026!
