Good morning! On this #FourHorsemenFriday from the archives, we’ve got the Mythic Legions Poxxus!

This spiteful Lich God is creepy and features an outstanding design and paint job. He comes with two different bows and a pair of magic effects for the arrows. There is also a quiver and four sets of hands to hold things in just the right way.

Finally, on this #FourHorsemenFriday, we’ve got the Mythic Legions Kalizirr!

Somehow, during the two years between ordering and receiving the figure, I’d forgotten just how oversized this blue genie figure was going to be in a display with other 1/12 scale figures.

With his magic effects, a magic lamp, and a huge scimitar, he certainly has a big magic presence on the shelf.

Also on this #FourHorsemenFriday from the archives, we’ve got the Mythic Legions Aracagorr!

This hulking Dragosyr is a massive presence on the toy shelf complete with soft goods, a flaming sword, and an iridescent sheen on his scales.

Belualyth

Recommended music: Disturbed – Believe

For this #FourHorsemenFriday, we’re gonna start covering the recent Mythic Legions Necronominus wave, starting with Belualyth!

This deluxe ghoulish beastmaster finally showed up last month, along with the rest of my Necronominus, a full 26 months after the pre-order! While that may seem like a lot, it matches the wait for the Poxxus wave last year, and these figures are 100% worth the wait.

Beluath’s design certainly caught my eye as she comes with two sets of hair, two heads (so you can choose whether this ghoul gets a nose or not), three sets of hands, a bone knife, a skeleton snake in a cage, and a skeleton chimera. The cage has a bone attachment, so she is still hands-free to command undead creatures.

Recommended music: Prince – Fury

Are you no longer green with envy on this #FourHorsemenFriday? That’s just fine because, on this post from the archives, we’ve got the Mythic Legions Fury Clan Orc!

I originally planned on building a bigger army with these red orcs. However, I didn’t like them as much as the more traditional green variations. The sculpt is the same, and they came with some new weapons, but in the end, green orcs maintained control of the shelf and most of my Fury orcs were traded away for other Legions and figures from other toy lines.🤪

Recommended music: Marty Friedman – Catfight

One more bit of green on this #FourHorsemenFriday post from the archives, we’ve got the Mythic Legions Cowarros!

A tribute to Battle Cat from Masters of the Universe, he’s no cowardly feline! This Jaguallian warrior was a part of the Soul Spiller Mythic Legions wave, but I was able to pick mine up early at Power-Con 2018!

From the Archives: Phlogeus

Recommended music: Judas Priest – Living After Midnight

Speaking of green, on this #FourHorsemenFriday post from the archives, we’ve got the Mythic Legions Phlogeus!

Right around this time last year, I was so excited to have finally received my Mythic Legions Poxxus wave order, some 26 months after the pre-order!

My youngest daughter, being a fan of all things plastic horse, decided Phlogeus would be the first figure from the wave we should open, and I couldn’t agree more. The decrepit rotting flesh steed is pretty gnarly in person and was definitely worth the wait!

King No’glin

Recommended music: DjorMil – Goblin King

Once again, things are looking green this #FourHorsemenFriday! During March and the campaign for the green Mythic Legions dragon, Beyithirr, we’re looking at green characters from Mythoss. This includes the Mythic Legions King No’glin!

The goblin king was a real highlight of the second Mythic Legions Kickstarter “Advent of Decay,” and it’s easy to overlook his official bio that says he had an alliance with dwarves, when I just like to think they are always at war (underground).

No’glin came with a two-part cape and accessories like a tall mace staff, a dagger, and a scimitar. I thought the staff was too long for a leader of goblins, so I swapped it out for my own custom creation while still letting him hold on to a pile of weapons. I also made a custom goblin throne/saddle atop a giant lizard creature. 😁

Finally, for this #FourHorsemenFriday, we’ve got the Mythic Legions Lord Veteris!

Rocking a purple and gold color scheme, bright days are ahead for this wealthy mercenary.

From the Archives: Malynna

Recommended music: Evil Lord – Yellow Shame (Again)

Finally, a #FourHorsemenFriday with no snow outside. Today, let’s take a look at the Mythic Legions Malynna!

Malynna is the Four Horsemen’s vampiric take on Evil-Lyn. Even with the yellow and blue color scheme, she comes off pretty wicked.

Snagg

Recommended music: Dean Jones – Snaggletooth

It’s spring, and things are looking green this #FourHorsemenFriday! During the campaign for the big green Mythic Legions dragon, Beyithirr, we’re looking at green characters from Mythoss. This includes the Mythic Legions Snagg!

This goblin thief was a part of the second Mythic Legions Kickstarter “Advent of Decay,” and I feel like it was pretty overlooked when released with forty other figures in the campaign.

Snagg is pretty unique with his long goblin nose, and his cache of accessories including assorted swords, knives, spears, antlers, and a mismatched shoulder pauldron. While not the best for army-building, the figure is a must-have character for your goblin horde.

Recommended music: Harp Twins – Ice Troll

Also, for this #FourHorsemenFriday, let’s have another look at the Mythic Legions Ice Troll!

I had to drive through some strong wind and rain today. Thankfully, I did not have to deal with anything like a troll equipped with a gigantic ice sword.

From the Archives: Ragna Stormforger

For this #FourHorsemenFriday from the archives, we went with this Mythic Legions Ragna Stormforger.

Thankfully, we don’t have any snow to kick off the weekend, but Ragna brings a full-blown storm! You don’t see a lot of female dwarves, but when you do, you’ll notice they don’t all have beards.😄

Orc Legion Builder

Recommended music: What a Rush (Legion of Doom Theme)

We’re still green this #FourHorsemenFriday! During the campaign for the big green Mythic Legions dragon, Beyithirr, we’re looking at green characters from Mythoss. This includes the Mythic Legions Orc Legion Builder!

When this figure was offered at a lower price than some of the other figures in the original Mythic Legions Kickstarter campaign in 2015, it was a no-brainer for me to army-build them. I’d already been a fan of army-building nameless orcs from Lord of the Rings, so this allowed me to bulk up my orc ranks with more armor, articulation, and more… green skin.😄

One last post for this #FourHorsemenFriday. Let’s call it a night with this Mythic Legions Shadow Elf Ranger, as it’s always darkest (blue?) before the dawn (or, in this case, snow).
