Let’s keep going with my top 10 action figure releases of 2025. Coming in at number 9 is the Jada Toys Tony the Tiger!
This year, I am highlighting a different toy company each day in my top 10 list. While I didn’t pick up much from Jada this year, I’m thankful they added this 1/12-scale Kellogg’s cereal mascot to join the ranks with my General Mills Cereal Monsters.
Jada put a lot of effort into this release. The figure comes in shiny packaging that resembles a cereal box, complete with nutrition facts that describe the figure. There’s a magnetic flap that opens to show the figure, which has great paint and lots of articulation. The joints in the torso, arms, and legs let you pose Tony in many fun and dynamic ways. Even his tiger whiskers are attached nicely for extra detail.
The figure’s versatility is further enhanced by a variety of alternate hand options, such as a ball-spinning hand, a holding hand, a pointing hand, a spoon hand, and a thumbs-up hand. Additional accessories include a basketball with a separate spinning effect, a cereal bowl, and a miniature cereal box featuring Tony’s likeness.
