Major League Baseball returns in full from the All-Star break later today, and to kick off the second half of the season, let’s take a look at a Hobby Jumbo Box of Topps 2026 Series 2 Baseball cards!
That’s right, no action figures today as my collection is packed away, waiting for a new spot to display. So, when the toys are away, the cards come out to play. 😄👍
The 2026 Topps Series 2 Baseball set arrived in hobby stores on June 10, 2026, as part of the brand’s 75th Anniversary celebration. Series 2 builds on Series 1, adding a new 350-card base set with updated rosters, traded stars in their new uniforms, and the latest up-and-coming players.
Collectors will be excited to find a strong lineup of rookie cards, including top names like Japanese star Munetaka Murakami and short-printed rookies such as J.J. Wetherholt. The set is filled with special cards for the diamond anniversary, like rare 1952 Rookie Variations, Diamond Dust inserts, and on-card Real One Autographs.
Today, I’m sharing a video I made with my youngest daughter in June when we ripped a box of baseball cards together. Even though she isn’t a big baseball fan, we still had a fun time opening them as a family!
