2026 Topps Series 2 Baseball All-Star Game Mega Box Part 2

It’s still the dog days of summer, and baseball is back on my mind today, so we’re opening an All-Star Game Mega Box of Topps 2026 Series 2 Baseball cards!

That’s right, no action figures today as my collection is packed away, waiting for a new spot to display. So, when the toys are away, the cards come out to play. 😄👍

Released the week before this month’s big game, the 2026 Topps Series 2 Baseball All-Star Game Mega Box is a retail release focused on the Midsummer Classic and includes cards from the main 350-card Series 2 set. Each box has 14 packs with 14 cards in each, for a total of 196 cards. The main draw is the exclusive All-Star Game foil parallel, which has the ASG logo pattern in the background.

You can expect to find four or five exclusive base parallels in each box, which works out to about one in every three packs. These include unnumbered base foils and numbered versions, from Gold out of 2026 down to Platinum one-of-one cards. The special event design is also used for retro insert sets like 1991 Topps and 1991 Topps All-Star Baseball, which show up about once in every five packs.

The boxes also include regular Series 2 inserts such as Stars of MLB, Crooked Numbers, and Glove Work. There are also chances to get autographed cards and patch relics. I didn’t expect much from these cards compared to the Jumbo Hobby Box, but I was hoping to find some of the base cards we still needed, like Munetaka Murakami and other important rookies making their debut in this set.

Today, I’m sharing a video I made with my daughter, and my wife joined in as we ripped a box of baseball cards together. We also kept up our special All-Star Game contest from the first half of the video and had a great time collecting cards as a family.

I’ll be back tomorrow for one more day of Topps baseball talk! 😄
