Recommended music: Jex Thoth – Warrior Woman
It’s #FourHorsemenFriday, and since my action figures are still packed up, awaiting a new display, toys from the past will keep returning in a new way.
When I first introduced this Bastet action figure on the blog, I picked an instrumental track that matched the ancient Egyptian vibe. Now, I’ve found another musical option that fits the figure as well.
“Warrior Woman” by Jex Thoth is a great musical match for the Figura Obscura Bastet. Its heavy, doom-filled rock sound captures the ancient, mystical feel of Egyptian mythology.
The guitar riffs and hypnotic sounds evoke a nighttime temple ritual rather than a regular rock concert. The song’s strong, witchy female vocals and themes of fierce empowerment fit Bastet’s role as both a regal protector and a fierce feline warrior.
