Recommended music: Led Zeppelin – Moby Dick
It’s #SomethingElseSunday, and since my action figures are still packed, waiting for a new display, archive posts will come into play. After 1100+ posts on the blog, we’ll continue to have to revisit some old toys for now.
When I first wrote about Animal, I shared a compilation of clips of the energetic character from The Muppet Show. This time, I found a song that suits the drummer well.
“Moby Dick” by Led Zeppelin is the perfect match for the Palisades Toys Animal action figure. The song’s raw, relentless energy matches Animal’s wild personality. John Bonham’s huge drum solo makes it a natural choice for a figure known for chaotic drumming. Bonham’s thunderous, pounding rhythm matches the untamed joy of Animal thrashing behind the kit.
